Shipping policy

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner, Printful.

Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days before an order is shipped. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Customers will receive tracking information via email when available.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
