Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or issues outside of our control.
